Fridge vent fan

My Evo has the fridge on the non-slide side so it has a roof vent. If I were to install some fans to move air back there, do I mount them near the fins or up by the vent? Should they be pulling or pushing? The Vegas summer is here/coming so my prep days leave the unit in direct heat.

Another reason to reduce that heat is that it heats the pantry cabinet next to it.

I installed two 12 volt computer cooling fans at the bottom of my coil. They fit perfectly in between the coils and just zip tied them in place. Made a huge difference and I believe the kits I saw mounted at the both of the cabinet. Got two fans for $10 at princes auto.

I have two fans mounted low "pushing" air up.
And one fan mounted on the outside grill pulling fresh cool air in.
