I just ran into this issue. I tried the 4.3 Furrion observation camera on my 2019 Rockwood Mini 2511S and I couldn't get it to work. Blue light on, but no signal on monitor. Got the dealer's techs to install on my new 2020 Rockwood Ultra 2707WS when we upgraded. They would get it to work. We even tried a new camera from their stock. When I got home, I ordered a 5" version from Amazon and verified that the camera and monitor were synchronized and working off of the 12-volt adapters. When I hooked up the camera in the rear, no joy.
I called Furrion yesterday. They asked what type of truck I was using. I told them I had a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 with Max Tow and bells and whistles. They said that was the problem. The new GMs only send 5 volts on the running light pin on the 7-way. The Furrion camera requires 12 volts. I confirmed that the camera works fine when I use my older 2011 Silverado.
Talking to Chevrolet today and to my dealer hasn't produced results yet. Chevy says talk to my dealer. Dealer says to bring in my truck.
Furrion is developing an adapter that should help. Should be available within the next month or so.
