future mods????

We bought our unit last year and have done many mods to it to suit us.
The only mods that need done (future mods) are electric steps in the living room area, replacing the fan in the living room area with a Fantastic Fan with rain sensor and temp sensor, putting that fan in the bedroom. The bedroom now has no fan and really could use one.
Mods done to date.
1. installed a wireless door bell
2. changed the kitchen doors from opening up to opening to the side
3. installed electric starters for the 3 burner stove
4. remodeled the storage area under the entertainment center added shelves and a micro switch for lighting
5. installed a knife rack
6. secured pictures to the walls
7. installed oxygenetics shower head
8. installed towel racks
9. installed a bigger TV in living area
10. made and installed backup lights on the TT.
11. installed hydraulic lifts to the under bed storage
12. designed and had made a duel battery box
13. installed Level Ups
14. weather station
15. made "storm "windows for the screen door in living area
16. angled the TV in the bedroom

Didn't realize how many we have done in the first year of owning it
