It's a 2013 SHAMROCK 233 and I was referring to something like this: https://www.carid.com/stromberg-carl...pn-la-102.html but it attaches to the ladder, and I want something to fit on the spare tire or instead of the spare tire)

DON'T put your bikes on the spare tire!
Won't support the weight.

Have a receiver welded and braced to the bumper AND the frame.
Then get a quality bike rack, like Swagman.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. Too risky. Especially adding weight to the spare tire carrier. Your bikes will be bouncing as you travel down the road and exert way too much twisting force on your thin metal bumper. It's an accident waiting to happen. If it fails, you'll write off your bikes and be liable to the person behind you for the damage that you do to their vehicle when they run over either your bikes or the complete bumper and bikes and spare tire.

Search this forum and find a way to either put the bikes inside the trailer or get a mount for the trailer's A frame or your TV. Or have a proper hitch welded to your Roo's frame as Bikendan suggests.
