What do they claim? I am just going to wait until people have had them awhile before I jump on the bandwagon. In the meantime, Maxxis makes an excellent tire that has a proven track record.

$50 Rebate

Looks like Goodyear has a $50 rebate on $199 or more from 5/27 through 5/31.

I'm on year three with my China bombs and only have maybe 1500-2000 miles on them. Thinking about replacing soon. I also run a TST 507.

I truly hope that everyone buying Goodyear Endurance tires for their TTs have the best service from them. And I really mean that. But as a matter of principle, Goodyear has lost me as a customer, forever. I'm running Carlisle Trail HDs and am totally happy with my choice.

X2 on the Carlisle's i have the radial trails load e on my unit . put them on 1 yr ago have around 7500 miles on them and they still look like new . there is carlisle stamp on the middle tread about a 64th of an inch deep and can still read it . great tires . 80mph rating . i had the Hercules on before and they were good but not as good as the Carlisle's. all four tire are wearing the same .

The first time I pulled a utility trailer from Arizona to Alaska I didn't know anything about China bomb tires. But I learned real quick. I had one blow out at night, 30 miles out of Tok, Alaska, with no shoulder and no cell phone reception. A few hundred feet down the road I was able to pull off. By then, the tire was shredded and my fender was destroyed. At least I had a spare and was equipped to replace the shredded tire. Since then, any time I get a new trailer I either upgrade or replace the tires. My new travel trailer was no exception. I took it to my temporary storage space and then took it to Discount Tire to get Goodyear Endurance tires installed. After that I went on a 1200 mile round trip excursion and then I pulled it 4000 miles to my home in Alaska. I had absolutely no problems with my new Goodyear tires.

If your tires say "Made in China" on them, I would seriously consider replacing them with made in the USA Goodyear Endurance tires. Full disclosure...Neither myself nor any family member has any affiliation with Goodyear. I've experienced one tire failure and have no desire to ever go through that again.

For those unwilling to trust the oe tires, why not have the dealer change them out with the tire of your choice as part of the sale?

I had a whole bunch of items included with my trailer and they could have been a set of tires. They'll just use the take-offs to replace worn tires on used trailers they take in trade.

As little as I paid for my trailer, it's unlikely they would have done so. That's assuming they even stock those tires. I got my Goodyear Endurance tires at Discount Tire. I was in and out in less than an hour. And I watched them balance the tires, so I know that was done. And they used a torque wrench to tighten down the lug nuts.

Same experience here. I paid $97.00 per tire at Discount on sale, got a rebate card for $100.00 and sold the old tires for $125.00 So a little over $300.00 for much better tires and peace of mind. I'm very good with that!

That's a no-brainer deal right there.
