I'd like to hand some shelves, a cabinet or two, and various other things. For light stuff, my general plan is to use 3M Command Strip Velcro. But heavier things- do I just find a stud and use a short screw? Any ideas if I want to hang where there isn't studs?
And- what about slide out walls? And idea what is in them? When I was at the factory- the only ones that I saw were already assembled.

If it's a hollow wall,I've had good luck using hollow wall anchors.Down side is it's there for ever or until you patch the hole.
I figure anything that I hang would be left for the new owners when we sell. So that's fair.
Are these the same things that you use for dry wall? Just the round plastic sleeve that the screw goes into?

Good evening, I have seen on other mod pages that some folks have used pop rivets to hang and secure things to the walls of the trailers. Again there is the hole when you remove it, but it is an idea.
Securing heavy as in (Shelves/Cabinets) can be done by coming down (1") on the wall from the Ceiling. There will be a (Solid) area to use Fasteners, just like the Fac installed Cabinets! Youroo!!
Thanks guys. OldCoot, I know you have said it before- but how did you attach your handrail at your steps?
