Remember, it is not the actual horn which is the culprit. It is entire system. All the RAMs are like that. Big discussion on the RAM Cummins forum about it. Only solution is a separate "happy horn" circuit. I think I will add the train air horn to the mix as most times it is just what is needed to get someone moving while they are at 40 mph "merging" while riding their brakes. Then they look really surprised when a 36' 5th comes by them at speed. Nobody seems to actually "LOOK" anymore.
