Has anyone replaced-------

Has anyone replaced the frosted glass in the door windows on the Rockwood 8285WS ? If so, what was your source ? Did you use the smoke glass or one way glass. What size did you use? Was it a tempered glass?

I would like to replace the glass in both of my doors with a glass that you can see through. I am not worried about the privacy because who ever is knocking on the door is still too short to see through the glass because it is so high up.

I have seen custon stained glass panels replace the OEM frosted glass.
I have been thinking about it but I have never been in a position (cash laying around gathering dust) to spend money there.

I replaced the door window on our Georgetown with a window from RV Upgrades. I didn't like the original window because it was too frosted and you could not tell who was at the door or if you where going to open the door and hit someone with it. We can now see through enough to know whats on the other side but still have enough privacy.

Yeah...I've been thinking of changing ours out. Would rather have the clear glass to see out. Can use a velcro cover if I really want to block it out. Just haven't taken the time yet or looked into it.
