Heated floors anyone?

Thought about this for the past two years. We're 90% seasonal, dont really want to build the deck or the skirts to enclose it. Found this recently at friends home, he said it works really well. Any ideas? What would you use?

My son has it in the bath room in his S&B under the tile.Works well there.Don't know how it would work in a RV.What type of flooring and where would you power it from?

I have pvc(?), looks like fake hardwood. I was thinking of lifting it up on one side where there is no cabinets etc and just sticking it under. As for electrical, run a dedicated fuse/line.
