Hide a key
I'm always worried I will lock my keys inside with my dogs, and those magnetic hide a keys... I'm just worried they will fall off. Since we ask basically have a home on wheels, I installed the locks that realtors use. And it's tucked in the only cabinet that isn't locked, the propane. I likey

I like using the magnetic hide-a-key only problem I have run into was forgetting where I hide it.

I like a two step process for hiding keys,......hide the trailer door key inside one of the outside storage compartments, then place an outside storage key in the hot water compartment, if someone finds it they still don't have the trailer key, yes they do have access to your outside storage areas, but they probably already have one of those anyway, that key is pretty much universal,...three trailers and they all have used the same outside storage compartment key

Magnetic key holder in the propane compartment up high to the right. Can't see it but can feel around for it. Use it all the time when I camp and ride in the desert and forest. Don't have to carry a key with me and lose it

I just keep a spare set of keys in the center console of my truck. My wife has a set in her purse and then I have a set that I toss in my pocket when we are camping.

Never had much like with hide a key since the magnets on the ones I purchased were weak and the key box always fell off.
I hot glued an emergency key in a good hiding place. In a pinch, I can crawl thru the front storage on my fiver and crawl thru the hole under the sink for the hamper. I think I need to lose another 20 lbs for that option to work, though.

I also use the two stage method.
It requires me to find a CH751 (that should be easy) key to open a storage door, from there I can open another locked storage door to retrieve my door key(s).

Another creative place to hide one, if u have a tool box on the tongue. U can place it on the frame where the battery original sat in the space of a few inches below ur tool box.

Or you can bribe the local 8 year old.. Now there's no need to lose the 20lbs...win win.

I do the exact same thing in the very same place. Even though we have the keyless entry, I still feel better having the key to the door in the lockbox just in case of the keyless fails.

Black Gorilla tape will not let go if the surface you attach it to is clean. I use it to hide keys to RV, boat, truck, car and cabin. The stuff is hard enough to get off when you want to much less fall off.
We also have the keyless entry system, I just don't trust having elec when I need it.

Key hidden in car, got two Fobs and a code.
No hiding anything. RVLock.com. Can usually find a code for 30/40$ off.
