How to add a cable tv hookup?

Hi guys,
last year i purchased a 26 foot Salem RKS. It has tv connections inside the bedroom in the front, and in the middle above the dining table. Unfortunately these are the connections for the Air antenna and not cable. I looked around the trailer 10 times to see if there is an another hookup for cable but couldn't find it. When purchasing the trailer i never thought that it would not be there. Anyway, my questions are:

1. The Air antenna is in front of the trailer above the bedroom. Does that mean that the cable from it goes in the ceiling to both of the Tv hookups inside?
2. Can i just hookup park cable somewhere on the top of my rv, where the Air antenna connects to the rasing arm?
3. How to route the new Cable?

Most I've seen have a place for a dish or cable on the side of the trailer. Look at the one that has the the power to it and open the plate see what you need go to radio shack they should be able to help you with the parts you need. Take a pic of inside the cover if you can't tell them what you need.

Find the antenna booster power box. Remove it from the wall, the cable TV wire would connect there if one was installed. If no wire is there you can run one to it. If you are unsure how a local house electrical co can install it for you. You can find the manual for the winegard booter at this site http://www.winegard.com/kbase/upload/2452217.pdf
