I need a new step

We have a 16FB. Before I changed things the single step was about 12 inches from the ground to the step and 11 inches from the step to the thresh hold. My wife wanted me then to make the steps smaller. The metal supports that hold it are 26 inches apart. I flipped the axle and added larger tires so I added 6 additional inches to get to the step. The door threshold went from 23 inches to the ground to 29. I build a 7 inch wood stool but would like to find a double or triple step that fits in the 26 inch area and does not need my wood step. All I have found so far are either to wide at 27 to 27 1/2 inches which would mean removing the existing welded supports and having new ones fitted in . Or do not do much, a 12 inch drop still leaves the first step about 13 inches.
I'm getting closer to just making some quick to assemble wooden stairs if I do not find anything that would work.
