Instructions on how to properly block up a Cottage trailer

We have purchased a 2015 40CCK and have moved it to its permanent home. We would like to block up the trailer to minimize movement and take pressure off the wheels.

Does someone know the Cedar Creek approved method of doing this? Is there a best method to do this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm listening too.
Be safe, but if you cannot, be violent.
