Issues with new TPMS

Got talked in to a stiffer rubber/brass stem, not what I wanted steel stems. I hate when I’m right and still wrong. I installed the transmitting balls on and in 150mls I got an alarm and lost 12psi in a tire. So I pull over and look for a nail or something, all I can find is the stem turning when I tried to retighten the transmitter. Still reading 12psi low I decide to move on until the next gas station. On the way another tire goes 14psi low but holds there.
This PressurePro system is supposed to make life better and all I am getting is alarms as well as my kids squawking to make it stop(the system does have a very easy silence alarm feature). Every gas stop I would top off the tires, I only ever lost 10-15psi not always the same tire. This went on for the next two days tell I got to a stopping place and took the tires in again and had steel stems put on. Problem solved; 650mls later and not another psi lost.
The system is good, easy to set up easy to read. The display is a little large, I just have to much stuff to look at already.
I can’t wait tell everything is incorporated in to one screen and then put up on a heads up display. My wife has the heads up display in her Buick LaCross and I love it, see most things you need and the road at the same time.
I think I read somewhere that brass on galvanizing has some kind of corrosive chemical reaction: do steel stems have an issue threaded on to brass caps? Should I put something on like never-seize?

Yes you can get into some dissimilar metal corrosion when you have a metal stem and a brass sensor. If you take them off once in a while you won't have any problems. I take mine off prior to a trip and check the pressure with a guage.

only problem I have with steel stems is if something of significant size hits it, it will snap off & you're up the creek (no paddle)...not so with rubber.
