Mine is that way too but I discovered that the front panel under the seat does lift fairly easily off the frame with just a little lift of the seat. Maybe yours is this way? In our old Forest River, rather than the bracket for the front panel being on the top of the frame (requiring lifting the panel off), the bracket slid onto the frame from the front so the seat didn't have to be lifted. My trailer is brand new so I haven't had a chance to look, but I wonder if the brackets could be turned to snap from the front. If not, maybe some new brackets can be found that could replace the ones that are there.
