Just installed a set of JT Strongarms on my 2008 Wildcat 28FKBS. I thought about fabbing up a set myself...but decided to go this route. Ordered from Tweety's RV. Pretty basic product, seems well made, nicely packaged and packed, arrived in about 4 business days.
I found the instructions really hard to follow. I'd suggest watching the youtube video by the mobileoutfitters.com found here
Its a lot easier to follow than the included instruction sheet, and a well done video. Install took about 3 hrs or so working at a relaxed pace. Could probably do another in half of that time. I had to move my battery box up in order to clear the left front stabilizer. Just removed the battery box, ripped down some treated 2x wood to frame around the hole and raise the box 1 1/2".
I didn't want to rip down the under covering to try to access framing for the rear stabilizer, and was too lazy to drive to town to buy some angle iron, so I braced the rear stabilizers to the back bumper. Seems good now, I guess we'll see how it holds up.
Overall the system works great!!!!!Combined with a pair of X-chocks the RV is rock solid.
Just thought I'd share.
