Okay, on my power awning the only thing that I can figure is that the wires are run inside of the walls. There does not seem to be anywhere in the storage compartment where they would be. The awning is all the way to the front cornes of the camber and I see the wires coming out to the motor there but can not seem to locate them in any compartment. Does anyone know where they are, or do I need to mount this somewhere behind the control panel inside the camper.

You need to mount it up by the switch.
You will nneed to put in a toggle switch to disable the rocker switch when using remote and disable the remote when wanting to use rocker switch.
You can't use both at the same time.

Ok another post got me thinking .............
What would be the odds of any and or all our awning remotes be programed the same at GOSHEN ?
NOW wouldn't this be a sight !
ONE guy extends his awning and 6 others are already dead headed out and trying to go out further !

hmmmmmmmm.

This could be interesting !
I am sure there'll be no less than 20 or 30 of these at Goshen with in range of another !

Scott, you ever figure out how to wire yours in the Columbus? This would be schweeett!!!! That's one thing the Montana i looked at had going for it. Remote awnings and slide outs. Remote slide outs are awesome when trying to park near poles and tall hookup boxes!

Benjy, I have bought everything it shouldnt be a problem, it looks simple enough. All I need is good weather so I can uncover it and wire it up, it is way too cold for another month or 2. I will let you know when it is mall done and I will take photos and put them up. Plus the 8 inches of sanow on top of it doesnt help either!!!
