LED Color Changing, Fading, Chasing Awning Strip Lights

I think I'm going to order these for our awning. They look really cool. Haven't seen them used on awnings or any good online reviews of it being done. Anyone here seen this done before?

That'll put 'carnival' into camping...let's hope it doesn't catch on.

yea. running them like that is way too flashy. the cool part is that you can pick any color you want and make it solid or flash slow-fast or any speed of "chasing", or a multiple colors and set it to do whatever you want. So it can look much more subtle, but has a ton of options.

I think those are on a Wildcat. The WildcatCamperForum.com moderator uses them and sells them too!

Those look awesome! I like how they hung them with clothespins. They would need to be used in moderation and in theright situation.

Anyone know where you can get white ones I want some for extra light out side. Will work great for boondocking with the generator.

Pricey at almost $50. We're using a set of vintage fruit lights that I bought at a yard sale for $2.50. I wouldn't be able to handle the chasing or the blinking so I'd keep them "on" all the time, and with that many options, it wouldn't be worth the price to not use all the features.
