and for what its worth, my wife didnt like them either LOL...i left the incandecents over the dinette and in one of the overheads so she would have "normal" light...they do work nice in the bedroom overheads as they dont heat up as much, but even there i ended up putting in a smaller one as it was just TOO MUCH light...they are pretty bright 2ft from your head! LOL
They have a blue tint. We're keeping the individual ones for the reading lights. Just not the ones for the pancake lights.

Oldcoot. I found out the hard way that the only way I will go is replace Blub fixture for led fixture not blub for led. The light is much better.
