My driveway is very similar to yours and I'd be too nervous to park my rig I just park on the street. There is one campground that we frequent a lot that has some pretty challenging slopes similar to your driveway though and we end up using an exercise step or a mounting block Horsemen's Pride 2-Step Mounting Block - Tractor Supply Co. as an extra step or two...especially for my Dad and sister.

I've been through the motions you describe to get the nose up high like that...but with our old TT I usually just let it rest momentarily on the front stabilizers while I reworked the tongue jack setup...both going up and coming down. Never had the stabilizers give out...but the weight was only momentary.
