If the unit has bonded type leather, a leather paste or infact any product for use on leather should not be used on bonded leather. Read the instructions for cleaning that came with your unit, you will see that only mild soap and water is to be used to clean. All leather type products damage the bonded leather.

Not saying Chuck that you are wrong,,,
but I see no reason a Leather protestant would hurt bonded leather ???
