LP Gas Level gauge

I just bought a 2008 Rockwood 5th wheel. I am transitioning from a Class A motor coach. All my coaches had an LP Gas level detector but the new 5th wheel does not. Does anybody know where I can get a kit of some kind that I can install inside the 5th wheel so I can monitor how much propane I have?

Any input would be great.

Walmart or any RV parts store can sell you a gauge that connects between the tank and your inlet hose. As far as being able to read the proane level from the inside , personnaly i have never heard of a kit. I have installed the the gauges from walmart on my 5er, both tanks. they cost $20 each in the barbeque section.

I don't think that is what you are looking for. Those gauges are notoriously inaccurate and are fine for your gas grill, but not much else. Additionally you have to be out side looking at the gauge to see anything.

I am thinking you want to replace your current monitor with something like the System Monitor K22 from KIB industries.

You should call them to find out what sensor needs to go on the regulator that connects to the Orange wire.
