ok forestriver say the georgetown motorhome has a hight of 12.5 ft hight
does that include the ac and roof vents?

Yes. I measured mine off the ground to the top of my satelite dome, which is the tallest thing up there. It is 12'-4" above the ground.

Mine says without options. So I am not so sure. Mine measures 4 inches higher than the spec sheet with the AC unit installed.

I still have a "sticky note" on the instrument panel showing the height and width in inches and metres for metric up here in Canada eh?

I figured I'd give myself a buffer, so I listed myself as 13 feet high. Are any of you taking in the meaurement of the radio antennae? It's the highest thing on our unit, and it has a flex spring mount. I consider it like a "curb feeler" from the ol' days. If I hear it hitting or dragging on something, I know we're REAL close.

The spring antenna is permanently bent back on mine. It hits the trees on my street. I got tired of putting it back up and tightening it. Worse yet, the thought occurred to me that the plate it was fastened to was being flexed every time it hit a branch. So I gave up fixing it.
