Mod's 2012 for 2012 GT378 Part 2

Here''s some "new" ideas performed. Fitted magnetic holdbacks to Bed and Bath doors. There was no holdbacks. The "door" knob cushions keep the counter extension from banging like crazy. A articulated swing arm was added to the video locker for outside. Works well for quick stowage and use on a 19" LCD TV.
The meters are my favorite, made from 1 1/2 trim grade lumber, a brushed nickle "door" push plate was modified to hold the three gauges and mount to the box. The assembly is installed at the entrance, the two Chassis and Coach batteries are nearby. Just above is the refridge where I picked up the AC power supply. The chassis power is on the left and fitted with a toggle shut off switch and red LED. This is because the Chassis battery is always hot and can be disconected when not needed. Meters are acccurate to 2%, close enough for this work. Very handy to glance over and ensure power levels avail and in proper range

Your mods came out real nice! The magnetic holdbacks looks like it works well and looks good.

I had a similar problem with my bathroom door making contact with the coat closet door so I added a very small size rubber bumper to the door. While traveling the fridge door came open hitting the rubber bumper putting a dime size hole in the fridge door panel. Upon inspection the fridge door would not been able to make contact with the door knob but not for the rubber bumper.

After seeing a rubber stopper installed on a FR unit on the lot I added one to my unit. It's not as pretty as your but does the job. Surprising I don't even notice it and I really thought I would. Cost about $4. It's been a while so now I don't notice the small hole in the panel either.

Thanks for the magnetic door holder idea, it will work very well in our little Vibe. Great mods.
