Mods on Roo 25RS

Im finally getting some of the list checked off, and made time to upload some of the pics to webshots last night

Built bunk ladder
Increased storage in:
- bath vanity
- front ent, cab
- rear ent. cab
- under kitchen sink
Replaced kitchen faucet w/ brass home model.
Replaced shower head
Added interior and exterior-step LED lighting (switchable from both entrances, or via remote fob)
Added rechargeable flashlights
Added 12V outlets
Homemade Reflectix sunshades on door windows, roof vents, and shower skylight
Added second fire extinguisher

Still have more projects Id like to complete, just dont seem to have the time.
Besides, its summer, Im enjoying using it, instead of just working on or in it!!!

Put it into webshots kind of by area.
Not sure if that makes sense, and Im definitely not a photographer.

Front Entertainment

Rear Entertainment

Kitchen

Bath

WOW.......look at all that extra storage that is available under those cabinets. Time to get the screwdriver and toolbox out when I get back from Lake George.

Great job mn308. It is always nice to see some work done on the same TT.

Thanks to all on the comments!!!

Mr Sen, If you decide to tear into your's for similar mods, feel free to post here (or PM) with any questions or requests for details.

After checking this thread , I need to edit that title - Sheesh, not sure what I was thinking at the time, but that's pretty ridiculous.
Also may just edit and keep track of my mods in that first post, as I've been thinking I should write all of this stuff down somewhere...
Why not right here @ FRF?!!?!

Thanks for the offer mn_308 and the title is just fine.

I know the first thing I am going to do is the led lights at each end of the doors. I can't stand pulling out the night lights every night for the kids.

Where did you pull the power for the LED's?

Guess the title will have to stay, as I tried to change it, but it only affected my first post.

With all of the gadgets I was installing, and to make room for more if needed I wired positive into one of the unused spots on the 12V side of the converter panel.
I hooked up negative to the ground block attached to the floor behind the panel.
I ran these to 2 new junction blocks mounted high on the rear wall of the front ent. cab.
Now I can just tap into these for future 12V accessories, and shouldn’t need to take out to many screws, or do major disassembly.
I don’t remember for certain, but I think I fused it w/ a 7.5A fuse, which should be more than enough.

If you are just running LED’s you could probably just tap into the power running to the antenna booster in the front ent. cab, as they (LEDs) really don’t draw much current anyway.

Hey mn_308,

I changed the title for you to "Mods on Roo 25RS " Same as your 1st post title.

For future reference folks,

If you want a tread title changed such as this case, a thread deleted, or any other action that you can't do yourself just shoot one of the Mods a PM and we can take care of that for you.
