Mods Roo/Shamrock 19

Here are some little improvements I have made to my Shamrock 19 - same as Roo 19.

First up, I was always hitting my head on the open cupboard doors, now I have them opening up: no more bumps on the head.

2nd, just added a Walmart cutting board to the left to provide for a tad more counter space when cooking. The board slides out and the folding hinge is attached to the counter.

Finally I added a Xantrex 1000 inverter.

Miatared: very good idea. The first of your idea we have it this way on our minilite but the second one will be in my next projet. Where have you bought the hinges for your cutting board?

On the 19 - cabinet doors opened Left to Right or vice-versa - opening up now is so much better.

There is an aluminum slide bracket the full length of the board (same at outside grill/table) and only 1 foldable hinge - as the other part of the oven cabinet has no support/is shallow. I slide the cutting board in and then lift the bracket up - very sturdy with one only.

the bracket from eBay:

the sliding one from Amazon:
under $10 - free shipping .... cannot find my email on this - may have deleted it. Sorry.
