Just finished doing the same in the rear and only notice a slight improvement. Think I am going to shim the acme screws on the "C" jacks like "dunnnc" did in the link you provided and see if that helps some. I think you could make the shim like he did, or remove the pin and and completly unscrew the screw and just place a washer on the shaft to take up the space. Might see if I can come up with a bronze bushing to make it tight.
Problem with the rear is that there is not near as much weight and you don't have the "A frame" stiffening up the trailer frame rails like you do in the front.
When tightening the front you feel a noticable resistance. When tighening the rear it just starts lifting the trailer and keeps going. Either flexing the frame or unloading the suspension.
What you end up with is a trailer that is rock solid on each end and springy in the middle. Some small scissors jacks in the middle of the trailer would basically lock out the suspension and make for a very solid and stable trailer.
