More Counter Space!

I was looking for more counter space in my 2018 Shockwave T28RQDX Toyhauler. I found these steel powdercoated flip up shelves from Harbor Freight for the Geberal tool boxes worked out perfect & were cheap in comparison to some of the other options out there. 18"x18". Butted up against the front corner trim it clears the slide by 1/4". Remove the oven. Add the backer board. Drill pattern & mount with carriage bolts.

Tilt your head. Every picture but the last one loaded sideways. Last pic shows the backer board I installed.

It's a flip up shelf from harbor freight attached to the counter sidewall next to the oven.

Make sure to butt the shelf all the way up again the outer trim to clear the slide. & you will need longer carriage bolts. I went with 3/8" x 1-1/2". When you match drill the pattern, two bolts will go thru the outer framers joint strip & the other two will just go thru the backer board.
