More Counter Space - variation in cooktop cutting board.

This was simple. A few scraps of 3/4"x3/4" glued to the bottom of an inexpensive board purchased at Bed,Bath 'n Beyond . . . no concerns about it sliding off while under way.

We used the same board and glued some of that rubbery drawer liner to the bottom to keep it from sliding around.

since my wife doesn't use the gas stove, I removed the glass stove top cover and made a work top that covered that whole counter top area,.....she only uses electrical items and now has that area filled with a.......Keurig coffee maker, a rice cooker, a crock pot, a large water boiling pot, a small water boiling pot, and a griddle,.....she's happy that we now have a trailer with enough kitchen counter space to accommodate all that stuff, plus she uses the oven as a dish cabinet,....I was also able to remove the two 30# propane tanks and get rid of that weight,
