I myself wouldn't move the batteries to the back. just think about the bouncing back there.
Our trailer has a rear kitchen and after each trip we have to rearange the cuboards cause everything is tossed around in there, this would be the same for your battery's.
Also when these RV's were manufactured , I'm pretty sure the rv engineers would factor in the weight of the battery's etc.
