Just received my new Steadyfast stabilizers. But in order to install it. I would need to move the spare tire on my Sierra 355QBQ 5er. It is located underneath the front between the front jacks. Wonder if anyone has done this mod and can give me an idea of what needs to b done. The dealer recommended I attach it to the back bumper. I would rather move it back a few feet from where it is. Thanks
Mine was under front like yours. Reasons I moved it inside the front compartment (1) In locked compartment (2) clean (3) easy access (4)easier to keep tabs on pressure.
Thanks for the input. Luckily I've never had to change a tire on a rv,(knock on wood). My last trailer didn't even come with a spare. I do pay for roadside assistance. Not sure Its something I want to do on the side of a hwy. What are some tricks to actually changing a tire on a 40 foot fwheel?
