I work at a large format print shop and run into this tape all the time and have to remove it often. Use a heat gun (very carefully!) never keeping it one spot too long. This should loosen it up enough to pull a lot off.
Whatever won't come off, douse liberally with goo gone or another adhesive remover. Let sit and then scrape off. A plastic squeegee works great, never metal! Whatever residue is left over is removed with isopropyl alcohol.
It's not a quick job, but it works.

I'm still have trouble figuring out where I can mount my led light strip. I have the 2014 Stealth WA2715. Also can I tie into the electric awning motor?

no you cannot tie into your awning because it switches polarity depending on if the awning is going out or coming in.

Unroll the awning and you will see the bottom of the aluminum rail the awning slides into when it is installed. There is room there for TWO strips side by side.

Am I? or I am?

I mounted the tape under the awning attachment rail and ran a 4 conductor "telco" (phone) wire from the tape connector down the awning arm that carries power to the awning motor.

I used the same wall penetration to mount the control box right behind the penetration and got power from the "foot light" by the door. That way I can turn the lights on and off using the inside switch.

Others have had success using the outside bug light to mount the controller and a short piece of wire mold to get to the end of the awning tape under the attachment rail.

I just purchased the supernight led strip light and it did not come with a manual on how to use the remote. I can get most colors but not white. I push the W button on remote but nothing happens. Looked on internet for manual and can't find. Anyone know where to find one?

Wink Great forum!

After beginning with the very first post in this forum and reading upwards of about 800 I skipped to near the end and have decided to add an LED strip to my fiver. My brother-in-law paid $130 at an RV store for a set recently, they look great but way too expensive so I am happy to have found this forum.

Mine are enroute from China and hope to install over the 4th of July weekend. My background is electrical engineering so I don't expect issues finding a fused source of 12v to power the strip. I will end up with both 24 and 44 button remotes so anxious to see how well they work.

Big thanks to the pioneers here that have been so helpful to the faithful followers.
