Nice. Happened to think of another question...winter time temps. For those of us living in the Midwest and often times experience sub zero temps...do we yet know how the LED's will work once the spring camping season begins again? I myself figured out that I purchased the 150 light strand, not the 300 and I may shift my thoughts putting the 150 strand in the house and ordering the 300 for the TT. I'm also looking to install a 39' LED rope light to the bottom of the TT for ambiance. Just trying to figure out if I have to strip the lights from the TT or will they survive arctic blasts? (lol)

Thanks joenic53. I appreciate the info. I was looking on the docs inside the box they came in and found nothing with temp specs on it.

The issue you are asking about applies to Liquid Crystal displays and not LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) which are solid.

Installed and loving them.Put controller and wall wart inside the camper behind the outside ac outlet. So its just the sensor which you cant really see and just one wire (24/4) going down and under the camper. feeding 2 strips one on the awning rail and the other behind the steps
I got the 150 count and they are bright enough to read by....even pointed up at the underside of the awning.Glad I didn't go the 300 route, for me would have been to much.Because as you dim the color temp changes allot especially for the white.I like the nice crisp 10k warm white look.

Got mine installed today.
Here's a pic of the kit:
One one awning I used outdoor double sided tape.
On the other, I just peeled and stuck with the 3M it comes with.
We'll see which one lasts longer.

I know you don't want to read through 700 posts so:
16.4FT IP65 5050 SMD RGB 5M Waterproof 300 LED Strip Lights +24 Key IR Remote | eBay
are what I got.

Ok, catching up on old threads, saw this and found some at my favorite store, amazon. They arrived today and are pretty cool, can't wait to get them on the TH.
