Need ideas for cabling

I'm installing an HDMI splitter in my 2017 Sunseeker 3170DS (this is basically the same unit as the Forester 3171DS). I want to watch my Dish TV receiver from any of the 4 TVs.
I'm installing an HDMI splitter under the dinette bench. I can easily reach the over-cab TV and the outside TV from this location.
My challenge is cabling to the other two TVs.
The splitter I've chosen converts the HDMI signal to run over Cat 5e cabling with a receiver at each end point, which converts the signal back to HDMI.
Do you have any pointers on figuring out a cable path to these two locations? The bunk area TV MIGHT NOT be too bad, but I'm really perplexed about getting a cable to the bedroom. On the 3170DS, the bedroom TV is on the cabinet unit situated on the passenger side slide-out. If I trace the existing antenna cable and 12 volt cabling starting from the TV, I see it goes through the cabinets and sneaks into the removable space under the head end of the lower bunk... so far, no problem... Then the cabling goes into the floor. Not sure what happens after that. It would be NICE to use the same general route, if possible. But it's not a deal breaker, if I need to use another route.
Either way, I need some ideas.
Can you help?

Can you send Brand models of the splitter. Have not been able to find one. I'd like to get my sat TV to the rear tv too.

The splitter is from Monoprice.com: https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=8159
(1x4 HDMI Amplifier Splitter)
I am also changing out the power supplies on these units (transmitter and receivers) using these 12V DC to 5V DC converters instead of using the supplied AC to DC power supplies. Bought these voltage converters on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Have I considered wireless HDMI?

Yes, I have considered wireless HDMI. I always consider wired to be better when possible. Just a personal preference (and a bias based on years of tech support where clients try to use wi-fi for things that work perfectly well when wired, but have all kinds of new problems after going wireless.)
Thanks!

I think Monoprice has wireless, too. If not try B&H photo video in NY. They have a big presence in the TV market for stuff like that as well as cameras. Another place to try is Pro-Cam out of Livonia MI and Chicago IL. They could also access suppliers for you.
