Need ideas for cabling
I'm installing an HDMI splitter in my 2017 Sunseeker 3170DS (this is basically the same unit as the Forester 3171DS). I want to watch my Dish TV receiver from any of the 4 TVs.
I'm installing an HDMI splitter under the dinette bench. I can easily reach the over-cab TV and the outside TV from this location.
My challenge is cabling to the other two TVs.
The splitter I've chosen converts the HDMI signal to run over Cat 5e cabling with a receiver at each end point, which converts the signal back to HDMI.
Do you have any pointers on figuring out a cable path to these two locations? The bunk area TV MIGHT NOT be too bad, but I'm really perplexed about getting a cable to the bedroom. On the 3170DS, the bedroom TV is on the cabinet unit situated on the passenger side slide-out. If I trace the existing antenna cable and 12 volt cabling starting from the TV, I see it goes through the cabinets and sneaks into the removable space under the head end of the lower bunk... so far, no problem... Then the cabling goes into the floor. Not sure what happens after that. It would be NICE to use the same general route, if possible. But it's not a deal breaker, if I need to use another route.
Either way, I need some ideas.
Can you help?
