need some bathroom sink/faucet suggestions

I want to upgrade the bathroom faucet and possibly the entire sink. I need some suggestions on what people have done. Not afraid to think outside the box.

Problem #1 (the real reason we are doing this) the existing faucet is very low, and does not extend very far out into the sink. Result is DW have to bend face into sink to wash, which is uncomfortable and has led to actually hitting the faucet with her face. Need a faucet that is both taller and extends out further.

Problem #2 - the plastic sink is just not attractive. It simply does not match the interior decor of the rest of the camper. I would prefer to replace it with the bowl style sink that sits above the counter. However, worried about both replacing existing countertop and also the location of the 110v AC outlet next to sink.

Suggestions on either or both? see atached pictures for examples.

This is available from HD and is recessed into the counter top. You would not have to move any electrical or the cabinet.

We went to Lowes and bought a complete new faucet & drain assy for less than $60. Love the movable spout!

well - little problem: ran up to Lowe's last night to let DW take a look at that Peerless faucet. She liked it very much, but they were of course out of stock. I can find it at another location but in the meantime I was looking at my pictures of the sink and existing faucet and noticed two things:

1) the sink only has 2 holes, not the more common 3. one for hot, one for cold. Not sure a residential faucet will install here.

2) the indentation on my sink for the faucet looks awful narrow.

Since the RV sink has no provision for the arm to control the pop-up drain, any thoughts on if the Peerless faucet will even install there?

You can drill the 3rd hole, mine only had 2 holes also. I did not install the pop up drain. I always install faucets with rope caulk around the base to insure water does not get in and mess things up underneath.
