New Camp Kitchen Set Up

Cooking outdoors is great and a good set-up makes it better!! I won the stainless steel grill in a raffle. The green chest is military chest that was used to keep high dollar night vision equipment secure and the blue box is from Walmart.

Serious about your grillin', eh?

Sneak and I are smokin' again this weekend. We'd never smoked chicken before...tried it last weekend. Holy smokes! That's good stuff! We're smoking a "mess" of drumsticks today. SO easy for left overs. Grab one, nuke it or not, and go!

GREAT idea with the blue ox, to fit everything in sideways then open it on its side.

I also have an Outdoor Gourmet smoker that I take if I don't take the grill. When I smoke chicken, I use "Gilley's" dry rub and it works great. The blue locker was an idea my wife got from Pintrest.

Is that a custom made grill or can someone buy one over the counter?

Ever tried A-1 dry rub for grilling/smoking?

We really like it. Of course we also use some Mr. Phil's (duck dude) seasoning as a dry rub.

The grill was donated to a local benefit auction and I bought two tickets. It was a one-off grill that a citizen built basically to try it out. It would probably cost around 300-400 to build. I have not tried A-1, but I will look for it.
Thanks
