I've been dealing with the manufacturer directly as the seller will not take the return.
Bruce at Bauer has been great. He's sent me 2 locks, but I'm finding that either I have the worst luck in the world, or the keypads are not as responsive as advertised.
Also, I've installed hundreds of electronic locks, so I fairly confident it's the lock and not me...
