So the wife said she was tired of the factory installed mirrors behind the stove in our rig and wanted something different for a back splash around it. She found these thermoplastic panels at Home Depot that are made to look like the old stamped tin ceiling panels. The are made for back splash use and are installed with a double back tape to the wall. Here is the finished project.

Yeah, gotta be careful working with this stuff though as it runs $20 per sheet, it took us 4 sheets to do the job and we ruined one so screwing up is costly... They have about 12 different designs and many other colors to choose from.
