New TV Mount

I've had a problem viewing my 26 inch tv from my sofa due to the slide out blocking up to 1/3 of the screen. I purchased an articulating arm/bracket to extend the flat screen past the slide out. Pulling the tv out from behind that slide out allowed me to upgrade to a 32 inch tv.

That is nice. I prefer the swing mount over the stationary simply because they allow access to the back of the tv. My TT came with the 32 inch tv and is mounted with a stationary mount. If I could get the tv off the wall, I would be tempted to change the mount.

Mine comes off by pulling a locking slide bar out (not easy to get fingers on) then lifting straiight up on tv.

Thanks for the photos included with the post. Would you mind letting me know the cost and where I can get one. I want to be able to angle ours towards our Lazyboys in the evenings when just the wife and I are watching.

I paid $28 from monoprice.com, this place is quality and low prices. Not sure if links are allowed but I can PM it to you if you like. This mount is very heavy duty. This mount is made for home so it has no lock but a simple bunji cord around the front of the screen and hooked to the bracket around the back worked for me this weekend. Also my slideout slides right in front of the tv while it's in travel mode, so I wedged a couple of big throw pillows between them just in case. Here are some more pics.

Thanks for the link. I just bough a new 22" emerson for our TT. If the mount I am using now doesn't work I will be getting me one of those.
