Our 2304S Interior Mods

Seems like I always see Exterior Mods done by the guys, Here is what I have done to our 2304s to make it more comfortable for us:
Removed the side tables on either side of sofa, did not use were just in the way.
We are always hooked to electric so we added two sconce lights by sofa and two pendent lights in king dinette. This lighting is just so much more comfortable than overhead lites.
Cut about 4" off of sofa front so we can slide shoes under it is also attached with L brackets so removes easily.
For hand towels we mounted the tp holder that came with trailer under medicine cabinet, out of way no holes in wall.
We have a 2011 so the pantry cabinet opened towards stove not convienient so we remounted the hinges what a difference
It is just the two of us so we don't like having big table up all the time. added screw legs to big table and the table leg to the counter extension so we use it as a table for during day or i can use it by sofa as a computer table, or side it around and use as counter when cooking.
I also wanted to add that when we replaced our thermostat we put plenty of duct tape over the hole where wires come out and that has dramatically cut down on how long it runs in this 103 Oklahoma heat.

We have the same fabric and flooring in our Rockwood. I hate the flooring. The vinyl is impossible to get clean (a man must have thought it was a good idea to put a "textured" floor in a camper!) and the carpet is beyond cheap. We'll be steam cleaning it this fall before storage. I'm thinking it will only last another year I wish instead of the "minimal carpet" option there would have been a "no carpet" option!

Ditto on the flooring, always looks dirty and why why why would you put carpet in a camper! Not crazy about the vinyl but would rather have it all over than the cheap carpet.

Nice Mod's

my 2306 has the wood look floor and I wanted carpet but no option for carpet.

If they install carpet - it should be like the way I did mine - where I can take the carpet completely out at any time.

I have a friend that owns a carpet place and I gave him the measurements of the carpet area and he made them - they fit perfect too.
He Bound the edge's of the carpet so it looks like it belongs.
