Question Out with the old couch

Ok folks here is my question. our unit came with a hide-a-bed couch that is quite heavy and not very comfortable not to mention hard to see the TV. We are thinking of swapping it out for a couple of comfy chairs so......
Will the change in weight on that side effect the trailers stability or tow-ability?

Any thoughts?

Shouldn't be a huge difference since the weight is not that significant in comparison to the entire load. Plus the slide comes in to center the wight in the center of the trailer. MHO
