Just noticed this thread. We need to replace the showerhead in our TT and the Oxygenics Shower Head sounds good. There are a number of models to choose from - which one do you all recommend?

Come on Herk! With all the stuff you haul along, you don't dry camp do you? Don't you camp at a Radisson or Hilton campground? HA!

I, and the wife, are quite happy with the cheap white one we got on sale at camping world. The twist water flow reducer broke shortly after I installed it, so I replaced the part with an on/off valve. Then I saw it had a lifetime warranty and we could have gotten the part replaced. We never did it because the on/off valve worked better for us.

Our goal this year is to camp 90 days before December 31st. So far we have 71 in the bag. Of the 71; 41 had "no plumbing" sites and 35 of those had no power either. 1 night had an an Olympic sized pool; hot tub; Wifi and cable (no complaints there!).

I am working on a "Pre-Departure Inspections; Camper Loading; and Where the heck did I put that?" checklist that I plan to post one day (when it is finished ). It is 58 pages and growing.

We added a white Oxygenics shower head as one of our first mods--based on the comments and suggestions in this forum. Thanks everyone! You know who you are.

We get by for now without the shutoff, although I may add one. Seems the wife and I both know just how far to turn the hot & cold to set the temp to the correct range & then quickly fine tune from there.

We have used the Oxgenics for over 2 yrs, love it. On a previous post on another forum they recommended the shut off it works great. I tell every camper I meet about it.

Finally installed the Oxyegenics head. What a difference it makes. Actually am able to take a full shower and have hot water throughout. Love the pressure increase and overall performance. I'll be telling everyone about this mod.

We just installed this one, Oxygenics Body Spa RV Showerhead - Camping World, in white, this past weekend and what a difference! And yes we do miss the shut-off the TT original head had but for the increased water pressure it's worth the trade.

Thanks for the quick response, I'll get her to have a look about, we are in the UK, but I'm sure they will sell over here - if not it'll be ordered on the net
cheers
