Pellet stove install in 32ft fithwheel

Hi everyone.
Just wanted to share my new pellet stove install. It is a Harman Accentra. 6000/40000 btu
Fully self controlled even lights and puts itself out when needed. I am a full time lifer and the winter propane/electric bills were way to much. So this is the way to go. Remember I am not on the road right now so travel mounting is not a priority for me. I know RVs are not within code for install but EVERYTHING is 2X the minimum clearance for this unit. And I've used the Harman direct vent system witch draws outside air in for the fire. Here are some pics of the installation.

Nice looking install. I'm a service tech for Quadra Fire. I think as long as you check all connections on pipes after travel, you should be ok. Main issue for install in trailer houses is the oak(outside air kit), and bolted to floor. Don't know what your insurance company will say. Pellet prices are expensive here in Iowa, and corn prices are down, so will be burning a mix this year.

Installation looks great. I have a wood burning stove in my house and love it. I'm sure you will be looking forward to using it this winter!

My only concern would be how the rest of the trailer is blocked up.
If just the slide is there is a potential for the rest to shift and damage the walls at the slide or the slide it's self.

Looks good. Harman makes a nice product. My concern is that it would literally run you out. I have a P43 in my house of 1400 sqft. Living/dining/kitchen area is all open. Keeps those rooms in tee shirts and shorts temps all winter.
Make sure you use sealer on all the interior connections...and a surge protector is a good idea. All those electronics can be sensitive.

If it does settle I will be able to tell by just looking at the upper slide seal for gaps and u simply tweek the jack stands to compensate. I just leveled up after 2 yrs here, the only way it would damage the slide is if it fell off the front blocks

I think it should be ok since it can burn from 6000 to 40000 btu. Trust me not even 10000 btu is enough to keep warm in the winter. I have run a 30000 btu karosene heater in here and it did well on heat but stopped using it due to stink, and O2 depletion from burning the inside air. It was a temporary heat situation. (Bad winter)

You might want to add some insulation with a vapor barrier to the combustion air vent duct behind the heater to minimize condensation.
I figure it can be cold and humid where you are.
