Does anyone have a home base? Thinking my family might give this a go with a larger trailer.

We found a great buy on a site in Plant City FL. It's quiet low maintenance fee and it's a cooperative so we own the lot. We found it on the net and rushed over and bought it a year before we sold our house. Moved here about 3 months ago now. Best investment we've made in a long time. Thinking about buying another lot to rent out. It's pretty convenient to a lot of places in the Tampa area, Clearwater, Sarasota Orlando all around an hour away.

We are behind Parksdale Strawberries are about the only fruit I eat LOL I'll have to take an update photo since we moved in. It's ugly here high winds and cloudy

Yes we winter 60 mile south of you in Arcadia. High wind here too.
Was at up there for shortcakes last week.

High winds in Sarasota too. Tornado warning up for the county until 10PM. Had a tornado near last year about this time.

Homebase
Well we moved to our home base. Here's a pic of the side of the rv and a front view. Real doggie grass We did the fencing though. Nice park and we are happy here. Will be on the road in the next couple of weeks headed North. The lot is 30x60
