How did you go from 3/4 NPT to the city water flange. I am about to do this and can't figure out this connection. The threads are different aren't they?

Can't remember now and the camper is buried in two feet of snow. I tried to figure it out and ended up racking my brain also. I ordered the city flange and the quicke flush ahead of time. Then I went to Home Depot. I used shark bite fittings to connect to the pex. They have pex to just about every thread. I think on the city flange I did pex to one kind of thread and fount a Watts ( regular plumbing fittings) that went from the thread on the shark bite and switched to a city water thread.

No. I took the city flange and the flush with me to the store in my pocket. When I was pretty sure I had it all I opened the packages up at store and did a test fit on everything. Took a little while.

It's built into the sprayer head that is mounted in the side of the tank. Looks like the same design as the city water connection has to prevent water from coming out when using the pump. Spring loaded ball type thing.

Yes it will. I have used them on 4 different trailers and install them in the grey and black water tanks. I started using them when I began having problems with the tank level indicators, so I try to install the sprayer so that it will spray water on the sensors that are inside the tank. I seldom have any issues with the sensors not sowing correctly now.
