IMO the other brands of tiles don't look to be made as well, especially the ones Walmart sells. I have searched a lot and smart tiles get the best reviews. The are the highest at about $9 a piece. My new trailer has about 16 square feet to cover not including the wood crap behind the stove the DW likes plus behind the vanity in the bathroom. I will get it when I am confident about the color I choose. So far it's this....

Iwannacamp - can you post a link from Amazon on these tiles you installed along with the quantity purchased as I want to do the same to our TT kitchen and bathroom. Thank you!

So now that you have my interest on these

We just bought a 2014 Forrester 3051. Wallpaper does not look as nice as these would.

Got the "smart tiles" part - what I haven't seen (unless I missed it, my eyes are getting old - refuse to admit rest of me is too) is whether you put them directly on the wallpaper or did you take that off first?

They do look like they class up the joint from all the pics posted.

Thanks.

Congrats on the new motorhome.
We put ours on over the old wallpaper. Less mess and easier to do. 😀 And yes they do class up the old wallpaper.

Just clean the surface well and let it dry prior to sticking the tiles on the wall. I live in MI and mine have stayed stuck on very well for the first winter they have gone through. The fakes tiles give character as they appear more 3-dimensional than the plain wallpaper. Happy sticking!

I'd assume that so long as the substrate is sound (wallpaper isn't peeling) you should be good to go. I'm about to do mine (when it warms up a bit more that is).
