Replacing ceiling fan

Is it possible to replace the 12 volt ceiling fan with a regular house ceiling fan. I have Sierra fifthwheel and I have gone through 2 wall switches that both melted. The wire going to the fan is 14 gauge and if i'm not mistaken that is heavy enough for a house fan . Thanks for the help.

I think ours is 12 volts too.

But now I will have to go out and check.
Memory is not as good as it once was but it is not alone.

Yep, I checked 12 volt fan in 2010 Flagstaff.

Ours is 12V in our cat.
I would think that a regular house style fan might be too heavy?

mine is 12v to. been thinking of taking it out and putting a nice 12v light up there instead if it burns out another switch.

been thinking of a 110v in the bedroom though. just would need to get that nice stuff that lays the wires flat against the wall and run it down the ceiling to the wall and to the plugin.

Wire Channel is what its called.
