Replacing glass in door window

I would like to replace the glass in the TT door to a tinted verson insted of the opaque style that is there now. This would allow you to see out before opening the door into someone's face. I am sure I could get a tempered tinted glass replacement at a glass shop if I could get the original out without breaking it. How hard would this project be?

Theres lots of designs on line cut just for RV doors. The frame srews remove from tnside the door. The frame forms a sandwich with sealant ( nonhardening). just replace new sealant where existing. Total job time 30 mintues or less. When you take it apart you'll see how simple it is.
