Replacing the Bedroom Ceiling Fan

I have a new project that I'm getting ready to work on. I'm putting in a Fan-Tastic vent fan, model 4000 R. I'm installing it in the bedroom of my F/R 8285 IKWS. I have read some of the posts on this project and they all say that it is an easy task. I'm convinced that it is and I know I have to find a power source which does not seem to be a problem (see picture). As you can see there are many wires to choose from. Does it matter which set of wires that I tap into for the positive and negative lines. I have at least 5 choices. If anyone has tackled this type of project and has any helpful suggestions to pass on it would be appreciated. I know to kill the power sources before starting, I just need a nudge as to which wire would be the best choice. I have not received the fan yet so I have not had a chance to look over the instructions. Just trying to get a head start. Thanks for any help, cheers!

Given the wire are all the same size I think I would look for the 12V circuit that had the least amount of other things tied into it and that was hot all the time. My bath fan will only work if the light switch is on which is really a pain.
